摘    要:针对钢箱梁防腐选用转轮除湿机能耗高、不适合我国南方地区桥梁的特点,提出节能型复合除湿机的设计理念.从理论上阐述节能型复合除湿机的工作原理,并根据泰州长江公路大桥的钢箱梁除湿系统设计功率,选用转轮除湿机和复合除湿机进行能耗比较,结果表明选用复合除湿机的节能率可达38.8%,而且机组是双系统轮流工作,可以有效地延长设备生命周期.

Abstract:The design conception of the energy-saving composite dehumidifier is brought forward in the light of the characteristics that the rotating wheel dehumidifiers applied to the corrosion protection of the steel box girders of bridges have high energy consumption and are not suitable for application to the bridges in the southern areas in China. The working principles of the energy-saving composite dehumidifier are theoretically described and with reference to the designed power of the dehumidifier system for the steel box girder of Taizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge, the energy consumption of both the rotating wheel and the composite dehumidifiers is compared. The results of the comparison indicate that the energy-saving percentage of the composite dehumidifier to be selected for the Bridge can be 38.8%, moreover the dehumidifier unit is a dual-system that can work in an alternating way and can effectively prolong the service life of the dehumidifier equipment.
