| 摘 要： | 结合已完客运专线制梁场(甬台温河头制梁场、京石滹沱河制梁场、沪杭嘉兴制梁场)的场建设计,具体阐述了客运专线预应力混凝土简支箱梁预制场场址的选择及场地布置、设备需求、基础设计、水电设施、人员配备等,并根据现场使用情况提出改进意见,可为类似工程提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the construction of the completed pre-casting lots,such as the Wenhetou Beam-making Lot at Yongtai,the Hutuohe Beam-making Lot of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Railway and the Jiaxing Beam-making Lot of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway,as practical examples,the choice of the location,the layout,the equipment requirements,the foundation design,the water and power supply design and the manning arrangement,etc.of the simple-support pre-stressed concrete box girder-precasting lot for passengers-oriented railways are dealt with in detail in the paper,with some advice on how to improve it according to its practical conditions in the course of being used provided.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects. |
