摘    要:轨道板模具是CRTSIII型无砟轨道板预制中的关键设备之一,模具的设计直接影响到高速铁路建设的平顺性与稳定性。结合盘营客运专线施工,介绍轨道板模具的设计要点,其中包括模具的组成及其各构件的结构形式。对CRTSIII型无砟轨道板的检测技术进行系统研究,并用ABAQUS软件对轨道板模具及基础进行强度和变形分析,确保模具的使用精度。

Mould Design and Detection Technique for CRTS-III Track Slab

Abstract:Mould of track slab is one of the key equipments in the process of prefabricating the CRTS-III track slab,and mould design will directly affect track regularity and stability of high-speed railway. This paper,in combination with the construction of Panjin-Yingkou railway passenger dedicated line, introduced the design keystones of track slab mould,including the components of the mould,the structure of every component. In addition,this paper studied the detection technology of CRTS-III ballastless track slab systematically,and then analyzed the strength and deformation of track slab mould and its foundation by using the ABAQUS software so as to ensure the precision of the mould.
