深圳地铁竹子林车辆段改扩建工程工艺设计及探讨

摘    要:通过对深圳地铁路网分布及竹子林车辆段既有情况的分析,论述竹子林车辆段改扩建的必要性,确定改扩建工程需要增加停车列检的规模,确定转向架检修流水线、电机及部件检修区等的优化方案及设备配置,合理利用资源,集约用地,减少既有车辆段内的拆迁工作量,新建集停车列检、检修及生产值班用房为一体的综合体,并对设计过程中突破了现行设计规范及其他需要注意的问题进行探讨及思考;设计满足运营、检修和生产值班住宿的需要。

Design and Discussion on Technological Process Layout within Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Zhuzilin Rolling Stock Depot of Shenzhen Metro

Abstract:In this paper,by means of analyzing the line network distribution of Shenzhen metro and the existing conditions of Zhuzilin rolling stock depot,the necessity of reconstructing and expanding the Zhuzilin rolling stock depot was discussed,and then the scale of train-inspection parking space of the reconstruction and expansion project was determined. Furthermore,the optimal scheme and equipment configuration were also determined for the work line of bogie inspection,as well as for the maintenance zone of electrical machinery and components. In addition,this paper illustrated how to rationally make use of resources,how to intensively make use of land,how to reduce the workload of the existing structures' removal and relocation within the existing rolling stock depot,and how to newly build a comprehensive structure which can integrate the functions of train-inspection parking space,maintenance zone and production duty rooms. Also,considering that this design had broken through current design standard code,the relevant issues and matters needing attention were thought about and discussed in thispaper. As a result,this design can satisfy the requirements of operation and maintenance,as well as accommodation for operator on duty.
