摘    要:针对EPC建设工程项目实施过程中存在的业主方参与力度低,不能形成对总承包商的有效控制,以致设计初衷不能完全实现和双方遭受的价值损失等难题,特引入价值共创理论作为分析的工具。通过具体运用DART模型,深入探讨业主与承包商之间对EPC建设工程项目中存在的问题,在设计阶段予以解决的具体实现步骤,为EPC建设工程项目在已有文献研究及相关合同约束下,尚不能完全消除模式中存在难题的现状添加了新的解决思路。

Research on Value Co-Creation during Design Phase of EPC Contract Project Based on DART Model

Abstract:There are some problems in the implementation process of an EPC contract project,such as the lack of the owner's active participation and the lack of effective control over the contractor; and this may produce the negative results that the original design purpose cannot be fully implemented,thus both the owner and the contractor may suffer heavy value loss. For this reason,in this paper,the value cocreation theory was especially employed as the analysis tool. Meanwhile,by the specific use of DART model,the problems between the owner and the contractor in the implementation process of an EPC contract project were discussed and analyzed deeply,and also the solution measure and their specific steps to solve these problems during design phase were analyzed. This research result can provide a new idea for solving above-mentioned problems in an EPC contract project,because those problems cannot be solved by the existing research results and by the relevant contract clauses.
