| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the basic situation of ports along Yangtze River, sums up a fundamental idea about their developments. Based on the analysis on their administration system, juridical person management organization for port enterprise, shore planning and usage, port capacity, channel construction and improvement, port construction investment, port legal system, etc., this paper puts forwards a suggestion to making the best of golden channel in order to develop well the ports along Yangtze River. |
