| 摘 要： | 焊接在现代船舶维修中被广泛应用,焊缝是焊接产生缺陷的主要原因之一,焊缝返修与返修次数成为解决这一问题的关键因素。文章对焊缝缺陷产生原因进行详细分析,对照焊缝产生原因制订返修方案,并在实践中验证其可行性。

| Abstract: | Welding is widely used in modem marine maintenance. The welding line is one of the main reason of faults in the welding. Reworking especially the times of reworking, becomes the key element to solve the problem. In this paper, the author analyzes the causes of the faults in detail and makes plan for reworking them, in which the feasibility of such reworking has been proved. |
