摘    要:武汉大道金桥为跨度(138+81+41)m的斜拉桥,主梁采用非对称变宽截面箱梁,桥面宽度由边跨39m渐变至主跨49.899m。桥塔采用"A"形塔,由塔座,下、中、上塔柱及下、中、上横梁组成,塔肢斜率为1∶4.384。针对塔肢斜度大、桥面宽度大,与既有铁路、金桥大道相互交叉,组织、协调难度大等特点,采用了下塔柱翻模施工,中、上塔柱液压爬模施工,桥塔、中横梁异步施工,桥塔、主梁同步施工等施工技术。实践证明,该桥桥塔的施工质量、安全、进度均达到了预期效果。

Abstract:The Jinqiao Bridge on Wuhan Avenue is a cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement(138+81+41) m.The main girder of the bridge is of the box girder of asymmetric variable width section and the deck width varies gradually from 39 m at the side span to 49.899 m at the main span.The pylon is the A-shape pylon formed by the pylon base,lower,middle and upper pylon columns,lower,middle and upper cross beams and the inclination ratio of the columns is 1∶4.384.In view of the characteristics that the columns are greatly inclined,the deck is quite wide,the bridge intersects the existing railway and the Jinqiao Avenue and the organization and coordination of the construction are difficult,a series of the key techniques of constructing the lower columns by turnover formwork,the middle and upper columns by hydraulic climb formwork,the pylon and middle cross beam in asynchronous step and the pylon and main girder in synchronous step have been employed.Practice proves that the construction quality,safety and progress of the pylon of the bridge have all achieved the anticipated effect.
