高速列车机车乘务员心理学选拔指标的应用和筛选

摘    要:对6个机务段399名现职快速列车机车乘务员进行了认知能力(4项纸笔检查:四数和计算、注意广度、视觉鉴别、数字译成符号)、注意品质(注意分配)、操作技能(比较刻度、加法计算、按规律检数、数值记忆、雷视双重任务)的心理适应性检查,结果表明除注意分配值与效标分的相关性较差,不宜作为高速列车机车乘务员的心理选拔指标外,其他指标都可以用于高速列车机车乘务员的驾驶适应性选拔。

Abstract:399 locomotive drivers of express train were measured with cognitive performance (including fournumber arithmetic test, attention span test, perception discriminate test and number translate symbol test), attention quality (attention distribution test) and management skill(including comparing simulated scales, addition calculation, regularity array, numeric memory and vision double roles of radar). The result show that except the attention distribution scores have a weak validity, the other tests can be applied for psychological screening locomotive trainman in high-speed train.
