多源交通信息融合技术在重庆市智能交通诱导系统中的应用研究

摘    要:由于特殊的地理条件和历史原因,重庆市道路交通信息采集设备形式多样,形成的交通信息数据格式和设备数据接口标准不尽相同,多源交通信息数据的存储、处理和使用过程中遇到了诸多困扰.为此,重庆市交通管理局与重庆市科委共同谋划了“重庆主城区交通诱导示范工程”项目,将多源交通信息数据融合技术作为项目研究的重点,采用数据融合技术对多源交通信息数据进行处理,通过判别算法实现对道路交通状态的实时判别,并利用VMS、WEB等多种形式进行道路交通状态的发布,从而实现对主城区路网交通流进行策略性分流的目标.

Abstract:Because of the particular geographical conditions and the special historical reasons, the equipment for traffic information acquisition in Chongqing has adopted various forms, therefore, the data format of traffic information and the interface standard of the equipment are difference with each other. There are many obstacles in the process of the storage and treatment of multisource traffic information data. In order to solve this problem, Chongqing traffic management bureau together with Chongqing science and technology commission carry out the project-Chongqing main city zone traffic guiding system demonstration engineering, which research emphasis is multisource traffic information data fusion technology. In this traffic guiding system, the multisource traffic information is handled with data fusion technology, and then, the traffic status will be recognized with the criteria algorithm. finally, the traffic status information will be published through the VMS and WEB, which can realize strategic shunt target with the urban road network traffic flow.
