超大吨位静载试验的防倾覆措施

摘    要:武荆高速公路右线高架桥桥梁基桩承载力高达2000t,采用静载试验堆载法来验证,超大吨位静载试验需解决加载时堆载材料倾覆问题。从试验前的准备工作到堆裁时的具体操作,都详细介绍了防倾覆措施。这些措施的有效性最终在试验中得到了验证,保证了试验的顺利完成。试验为堆载法优化设计提供了可靠参数。

Abstract:There is a capacity of 2 000 tons to the viaduct bridge pile-beating of Wujing right lane highway, which has been verified by the method of static load test surcharge method. It is necessary to resolve the overturning problem in the surcharge material for extra-heavy loading of the static load test. The measures of preventing overturning have been described in detail, from the preparations of pre-trial to the specific operations in loading. The effectiveness of these measures has been verified in final, which ensures the success of the test. A series of reliable parameters are provided for the optimal design of load test method.
