| 摘 要： | 在分析国内部分省、区及国外养护管理体制现状的基础上，对内蒙古高等级公路养护管理模式进行探讨，提出了管理集中统一、事企分离、优化机械配置、投资主体多元化等措施，为提高内蒙古公路养护管理质量、效益，降低成本，最大限度发挥高速公路的经济效益和社会效益提供了参考思路。
