广州市组建职业教育集团的理性思考与路径选择

职业教育集团已成为国内职业教育实施组团办学、集约发展的一种有效途径。广州的职业教育在办学规模与绩效方面，均取得了明显进展，但同时也存在一些不容忽视的问题。文中从广州组建职业教育集团的可行性出发，提出了基于企业视角、成员规模适度等组建思路，及明确好组织目标、设计好组织结构、确定好技术路线等组建路径。

Pondering on Setting up Vocational Education Group of Guangzhou and Its Corresponding Development Path

It has now become an effective means of group running of education and intensive development through-out China by setting up a vocational education group. Through obvious progress has been made in Guangzhou in terms of the education scale and its performance, there are still some problems that can’t be ignored. In view of the feasibility study of the project, the paper proposes various paths of setting up this Group in terms of a well-defined or-ganizational goal, well-designed organizational structure and a clear technological route grounded on an enterprise perspective and a moderate size of membership.
