电气化架线防硬弯辅助支承装置

摘    要:我国铁路电气化架线施工中,在传统钓“低盘高台”式架线车的作业平台上,设置的是一根小直径滚柱来支承接触线并使其转向。这是一种“接触线单点支承大转向角度”的架线技术,在一定条件下容易使接触线产生硬弯。针对这一不适应140 km/h以上时速电气化铁路建设对其接触线高平直度技术要求的问题,提出一种安装在架线车上的新型架线防硬弯辅助支承装置。

Abstract:A small diameter rolling pillar is equipped on the working platform of traditional line erecting car with "low temperature and high platform "for supporting contact wire and making it turning during the construction of line erecting. In this way,a great tuning contact wire is only supported by one point and it can make the wire hard bending easily undei some conditions,which can not meet requirement of high flatness for the electrified railway line with speed above 140 km/h,so a new auxiliary supporting device of anti-hard bending for overhead line erecting is put forward.
