| 摘 要： | 分析了１３８例脑挫裂伤患者伤后１２ｈ内白细胞（ＷＢＣ）及其分类变化与病情和预后的关系。结果显示：ＷＢＣ和中性粒细胞增高者占４７．８％和７３．９％，ＷＢＣ和中性粒细胞的增高与病情和预后密切相关（Ｐ＜０．００５），ＷＢＣ和中性粒细胞越高，病情越重，预后越差。嗜酸性粒细胞减少或消失的脑挫裂伤患者病情较重。临床监测ＷＢＣ的变化对脑挫裂伤患者的病情判断和预后估计有一定意义。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the changes of white blood cell (WBC) within 12 hours after trauma and the severity and the prognosis of the patients with cerebral contusion was analysed in 138 cases. The results showed the ratios of increased WBC and neutrophil leukocyte (NLC) were 47.8% and 73.9%.The increase of WBC and NLC was closely correlated with the severity and the prognosis of the patients with cerebral contusion (P<0.005).The higher the level of WBC and NLC, the severer the state of illness, and the poorer the prognosis. The state of the patients with cerebral contusion was severer when acidophil leukocyte (ALC) was decreased or disappeared. It is considered that testing WBC change may be helpful in evaluating the severity and the prognosis of the patients with cerebral contusion. |
