| 摘 要： | 我国城市都开始面临停车问题,大城市尤其严重。我国许多城市近年来机动车数量增长迅速,而停车场建设与管理水平一直在低位徘徊。面对这种状况,该文在借鉴发达国家停车经验的基础上,提出解决大城市停车问题的五大要点,包括制定发展战略和规划、吸引多方投资建设停车场、完善管理机制、调整交通结构和加快法规的建设。
