摘    要:本文采用大型有限元程序对苏通大桥南主塔墩承台超大体积混凝土进行温度场及应力场仿真计算。根据计算结果制定了温控标准,提出了合理的温控措施,并进行了现场监测。通过大量测试数据的对比分析.验证了理论计算和温控措施的正确性,为今后类似工程的施工积累了成功的经验。

Abstract:Based on research and practice of Sutong Bridge south pylon pile cap temperature control on massive concrete,this paper performs simulation on temperature field and stress field for pile cap by means of Finite Program.Calculation result is used to work out temperature control criteria, put forward reasonable temperature control measures and carry out monitoring on site.Through comparison and analysis of measurement data, correctness of theoretical calculation and temperature control measures is verified, so as to provide successful experiences to be followed in similar projects in the future.
