肝细胞培养液液面乙烷测定与脂质过氧化作用

摘    要:建立了乙烷气相色谱测定法,并用该法检测了低硒大鼠胎肝细胞及肝组织体外培养液液面气体乙烷的含量,同时与加硒组作了比较。结果有显著差异,提示乙烷的含量是代表脂质过氧化的良好指标,有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Determination of ethane content has been es-tablished by gas chromatography. By using thismethod, the amount of ethane gas on the surfacesof the cultured rat fetal hepatocytes and liver tissuein the medium which contained different dosage se-lenium was detected. The relationship between se-lenium and carbon tetrachloride has also been stud-ied. The results indicate that selenium not only candecrease the damage of carbon tetrachloride. Fromthis study, it shows that ethane product is a betterway for measurement of lipid peroxide.
