基于SolidWorks焊件模块的消防车骨架建模

为改进SolidWorks三维装配建模过程繁琐，修改不便的缺点，提出了型材类部件快速建模的思路。以消防车骨架为例，首先建立了型材库，然后自顶向下建立参考平面、平面草图，最后利用SolidWorks焊件模块实现了消防车骨架的快速建模，并输出了工程图。设计结果表明，SolidWorks焊件模块建模方法简化了型材类部件的建模过程，提高了消防车产品的设计效率。

Frame Modeling of Fire Truck Frame Basedon Solid Works Welding Module

The modeling process of SolidWorks three dimension is very complicated, which is not convenient for modifying, and the thinking of quick modeling using structural section component was put forward. Taking fire truck as an example. First the structural section bank was established, and the reference surface and surface draft was established. Finally the fire truck frame quick modeling based on SolidWorks was finished and the project drawing was gotten. The design result shows that the SolidWorks welding module method simplify the process of structural section, and the efficiency of fire truck design was improved.
