PDCA循环控制法在雅泸高速公路路基填筑质量控制中的应用

雅泸高速公路采用冰水堆积物这一新型材料作为路基填料,没有可直接套用的填筑参考依据.在确保路基压实质量的前提下,为使施工工艺更为经济、合理,系统研究填料的成因与粒径级配特点,基于PDCA循环控制法,制定了填筑施工工艺和检测方案,并应用于施工实际.实践结果表明:PDCA循环控制法可以对路基压实质量进行动态控制,逐步提升管理水平,达到了良好的效果.
