| 摘 要： | 研究了改性聚酯防锈涂料对钢筋表面锈蚀情况的改善效果,优选其施工工艺,并测试改性聚酯防锈涂料对钢筋与混凝土间的握裹强度。室内试验和工程应用表明,开发的改性聚酯涂料防锈效果明显,钢筋与混凝土间的握裹强度可提高16%,有效地提高了混凝土工程的耐久性,且其经济成本相对低廉,应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the performance of modified polyester anti-rust paint for improving surface corrosion of steel was studied. The selection of construction technology about this paint and bond strength between steel bar and concrete were discussed. Indoor experiment and engineering application showed that the surface corrosion of steel was effectivel） improved by modified polyester anti-rust paint. Bond strength between steel bar and concrete could be increased by 16%, which effectively im- proved the durability of the concrete engineering. Economic cost of modified polyester anti-rust paint was relatively low and its application prospects would be broad. |
