| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国加入 WTO后 ,中国工程施工企业将参加国际竞争以求生存的事实 ,提出了在国际工程项目实施过程中值得重视的合同管理、施工索赔和人力资源管理等几个值得重视的关键问题 ,对提高我国工程施工企业在国际市场中的竞争能力具有非常重要的意义。
