广州市智能交通体系改善方案研究

随着ITS技术的发展与应用，如何建设ITS以满足城市经济和交通运输发展的需求是目前国内备大、中城市急需解决的问题。广州市被科技部确定为全国十个ITS的示范城市之一，目前对ITS的建设与应用已初见成效，尤其是交通管理、交通控制及信息化程度方面，均处于全国领先地位。在全面总结广州市现有智能交通体系建设成果的基础上，围绕解决交通信息资源共享这一难题，提出广州市智能交通体系的改善方案，将对国内其他城市ITS的建设产生重要的借鉴意义。

Research on Improvement Program of Guangzhou ITS

With the development and application of ITS technologies, the problem must be solved currently in major city that how to construct ITS to meet the needs of the urban economy and transportation development. Guangzhou is specified as one of the 10 ITS demonstration cities by the ministry of science and technology of the PRC. ITS construction and implementation has achieved initial success, especially for the transportation management, transport control and informatization level which are in the lead in the whole country. Based on the comprehensive summary of Guangzhou existing ITS, this paper proposes improvement programs of Guangzhou ITS, focuses on solving the problem of traffic information resources sharing, which will be an important reference to the ITS building in other cities.
