散货料堆的实时三维成像方法

摘    要:为实现散货料场内堆取料机的自动堆取工艺,其控制源头是料场的料堆识别,包括料堆长度、宽度、高度、起始地址、终点地址等,还有料堆的三维堆形,因为在作业的过程中料堆形状是动态变化的。只有取得料堆的实时三维形状及坐标,才能精确控制堆取料机在作业过程中各机构的位置调整。本文论述了应用激光扫描仪器,通过软件算法,实现对散货料堆的实时三维成像方法。
