| 摘 要： | 对１０例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者及６０例健康对照血浆纤维蛋白原（Ｆｇ）浓度及聚集功能测定表明：ＡＭＩ患者血浆Ｆｇ浓度明显升高，Ｆｇ聚集功能明显增强，与对照组比较有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；但Ｆｇ浓度升高并在病程中有动态变化，Ｆｇ聚集功能则无动态变化；ＡＭＩ并发症组比无并发症组患者，上述２项指标均有明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示Ｆｇ浓度升高及聚集功能增强与ＡＭＩ的发病有一定关系，对其预后有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | The plasma fibrinogen concentration and its aggregation function were determined in ten patients with AMI and sixty healthy persons. The results showed that the plasma fibrinogen concentration and its aggregation function were significantly increased in AMI cases compared with those in the controls; the increase of the fibrinogen concentration showed a dynamic contribution during the course of AMI, but the enhancement of the aggregation function had no dynamic changes. the plasma fibrinogen concentration and its aggregation function were also significantly increased in AMI cases with complications compared with those without complications.This study indicated that the increase of the plasma fibrinogen concentration and its aggregation function were associated with AMI, and might be predictive indexes for the prognosis in AMI patients. |
