摘    要:在一种新型柴油机电控制油射系统中,高压喷射过程是基于角度的过程,而以单片机为核心的电磁阀控制是一个基于时间的过程,为了实现精确的喷射过程控制,必须利用油泵凸轮轴瞬时转速完成时间和角度转换。

A Research of Injection Control Algorithm for a New Electronic Diesel Fuel System
Abstract:In a new type of electronic diesel fuel injection system, the pulsed high pressure injection is an angle based process, while the microprocessor-based solenoid control is a time-based process. To realize the precise diesel injection control, advanced time/angle conversion must be performed by using the momentary speed of pump camshaft. In this paper, the signal of momentary speed of pump camshaft is measured and analyzed, two kinds of speed prediction methods are proposed and compared. Combining the method with solenoid valve closure point feedback technique, high precision, cylinder by cylinder injection control algorithm is developed. Based on analysis of the real-time structure for the time-based electronic control system, the event-driven synchronized injection control algorithm is implemented by using foreground/background structure, virtual hardware PWM and diagnostic monitor. Finally, the test results are presented which verify the control precision, feasibility and reliability.
