货车用柴油机超高喷射压力泵喷嘴的试验研究

摘    要:本文介绍由Lucas公司研制的喷射压力达200MPa的泵喷嘴的工作原理与特点,并将该喷射系统应用于一带模拟增压中冷的单缸发动机上的试验情况,其结果表明,高喷射压力的电控泵喷嘴与无涡流开式燃烧室相匹配时,可获得相当低的微粒与NOX排放和低燃油消耗的性能,实现不需要排气后处理便能满足EUROⅡ的排放标准的要求。

Abstract:This paper presented testing results for an electronically controlled unit injector with 200MPa injection pressure made by Lucas, which was used in a single cylinder DI engine imitating turbocharged and intercooled operations. It was illustrated that the EUI could achieve rather low particulate emission and fuel consumption when it worked with the quiescent combustion chamber, had the potential of meeting the EURO II exhaust emission standards for heavy-duty truck diesel engine without aftertreatment. But and hence the testing results also showed that the EUI injection pressure was strongly affect by engine speed, which should be improved in the future.
