摘    要:为了提高铁路建设水平,实现铁路跨越式发展,新建客运专线铁路客车的时速将达到350 km.其接触网施工的质量要求不同于常速,特别是直接影响高速运行的几个关键环节.笔者就新建客运专线铁路接触网施工的要求和方法,结合国外情况进行了系统阐述.

Abstract:In order to improve the level of railway construction, realize the skip forward development of railway, the speed for new built passenger dedicated lines will reach 350 km. The requirements for OCS construction quality are different with those for lines in normal speed especially in respects of several key points directly influencing the high speed running performance. The writer systematically illustrates the OCS construction requirements and methods of new built passenger dedicated lines with reference of the situations abroad.
