Abstract:In the DC traction power supply system,the problem of excessively high rail potential is common.However,the existing rail potential calculation only considers the rail equivalent resistance model,but the rail current contains a large number of 1~50 Hz and some 6-fold frequency components.In this paper,the rail was equivalent to the tubular conductor model,and the equivalent tubular conductor parameters of P60 rail were determined by measuring the internal impedance of the rail under typical frequency.The rail ground distributed parameter model was established,while the rail potential calculation method considering the rail equivalent tubular conductor model and the AC frequency spectrum of the current in the rail under the complex working conditions of multiple traction and mixing stations and multiple vehicles was proposed.The accuracy and effectiveness of the method were verified by laboratory and engineering cases.By calculating the longitudinal voltage drop of the rail and the rail potential of traction and mixing station under unilateral power supply,the 6-fold frequency component of the rail potential increased by 58.12%compared with the 6-fold component of the current in the rail.Through the effect of rail impedance frequency characteristics,the 6-fold frequency component in the rail potential component has a greater impact.
