Abstract:As adhesion braking transmits the braking force through the adhesion-creep in the contact spot between the wheel and the rail,the wheel-rail adhesion is the main factor that affects the performance of the braking system.The anti-slide control system,as one of the core technologies of the train braking system,can prevent the wheel-set from being scratched due to the low adhesion between wheel and rail.Based on the in-depth analysis of the wheel-rail adhesion mechanism,an innovative anti-slide control strategy for layered hierarchical and multi-mode adhesion switch over was proposed and the anti-slide control system can adaptively obtain the optimal adhesion according to different wheel-rail adhesion conditions.The anti-slide tests under different wheel-rail adhesion conditions and different speed levels were implemented on the high-speed wheel-rail relationship test bench,to explore the characteristics of anti-slide control and adhesion-creep.The test results show that the anti-slide control system can not only inhibit the wheel-slide to prevent wheel scratches,but also optimize the available wheel-rail adhesion and shorten the braking distance.Therefore,the validity and reliability of the anti-slide control system are verified,which provides the basic theory and technical support for the future promotion and application of the independently developed anti-slide control system.
