北京地铁站域地下公共空间体验性分析

摘    要:
地铁站域周边地下公共空间建设和利用呈现功能复合化、交通流线一体化、空间形态多样化、环境体验人性化的趋势。通过实地体验和问卷调查,对商业聚集型、交通枢纽型、办公聚集型这3类北京地铁站域地下公共空间的业态布局、联结方式、安全防护、认知导向等方面进行体验性分析,并归纳总结现有问题。提出地下空间一体化、地下停车系统共享化、步行系统整合化、环境导向精细化四方面优化策略,完善地铁站域地下公共空间体系,使其朝着更加人性化、整体化方向发展。

Abstract:
The construction and utilization of underground public space surrounding the subway station present the trending of complex functions, traffic streamline integration, diversifications of space form and environment experience humanization with the rapid development of subway construction in China. Through field experience and a questionnaire survey, the experience analysis carried on these 3 types of commercial gathering, transportation and office aggregation of underground public space of the Region of Beijing subway station to experience format layout, linking methods, spatial characteristics, safety, commercial viability, cognitive orientation and other aspects, summarized the existing problems of underground subway station in the process of using public space. Optimization strategies were proposed in these fields of the underground space integrated, pedestrian system, the environment oriented, and underground parking. Hope that through the above research providing some inspiration and methods for the design and the rational using of underground public space of the Region of subway station.
