| 摘 要： | 随着房地产业的恢复和发展，我国高等房地产教育经历了兴起和全面推进阶段。在房地产本科专业调整后，房地产高等教育越来越呈现出与房地产产业地位不相称的趋势，亟需在未来加大发展力度。本文在总结我国高等房地产教育发展经验和教训的基础上，提出了“突出重点、弥补不足，发挥优势、抓好质量”的发展策略。

| Abstract: | With the recovery and development of the real estate industry in China since reform and opening-up,the higher education of the real estate in China has experienced two stages of booming and forging ahead,and got into the stage of the adjustment of the real estate undergraduate speciality,the higher education of the real estate was incommensurate more and more to the status of the real estate industry,and was in urgent need of development.Based on the summary of the experiences and lessons,This paper put forward the development strategy: giving prominence to the key points,covering the shortage,making full use of favorable factors and guaranteeing quality. |
