| Abstract: | This paper discusses the treatment and characteristic of various over-wetted soil fillings in rainy humid area.It introduces a new method of electro-osmosis treatment and describes the applicable scope and limitation of each method.It holds that proper treatment shall be adopted according to the specific condition in engineering and cannot be treated indiscriminately. |
