海工辅助船双导缆滚轮的研究与设计

阐述了海工辅助船双导缆滚轮的研究的必要性。对常见单导缆滚轮的结构形式进行简要介绍，并以此为基础提出双导缆滚轮的初步形式。经初步分析后改进并确定了最终的结构形式。严格的推导了其载荷分布的形式，指出因惯性思维易导致的问题。并针对较严重的典型工况采用有限元方法进行了强度分析。最后就制造安装中关键的技术难点提出了解决方案。

Research and Design of Double Stern Roller of Offshore Support Vessel

This paper describes necessity of study on double stern roller of offshore support vessel. It gives brief statement on structure of single stern roller, based on which the style of double stern roller is proposed. Final structure is confirmed after simple analysis. It derives its load distribution precisely and points out the problems easily caused by habitual thinking. Strength analysis with finite element method is made for typical serious loading conditions. Finally this paper proposes a resolution to a key point in fabrication and installation.
