摘    要:本文设计了一台具有较低转矩脉动的五相无刷直流电机,对电机在运行过程中发生故障时的性能做了分析,提出了一种基于空间矢量法的转矩脉动容错控制方法,使其在发生故障时也可以平稳运行。通过对电枢绕组合成的空间磁动势和故障时电机的输出电磁转矩进行分析计算,采用改变非故障相开关管的触发角和导通角、增大励磁电压的方法减小电机的转矩脉动。通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A five-phase brushless DC motor with low torque ripple is designed in this paper. The performance of the motor in case of faults during operation is analyzed. A fault-tolerant control method of torque ripple based on space vector method is proposed so that it can run smoothly when a fault occurs. Through analyzing and calculating the spatial magnetomotive force synthesized by armature windings of multiphase motor,and the output electromagnetic torque of the motor in case of faults, the torque ripple of the motor is reduced by changing the trigger angle and conduction angle of the non-fault phase switch tube, and increasing the excitation voltage. The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
