埋置式钢质波纹板管结构的有限元分析

摘    要:埋置式钢质波纹管充分利用了波纹板的刚度和对变形的适应能力,具有施工方便、环保的特点,被广泛应用于水利治理、隧道、小跨径桥梁等许多方面。其内力计算可以采用平面有限元和空间有限元进行计算。通过比较计算实例可知,平面有限元的计算结果有足够的精度,满足工程应用的需要。经荷载试验比较可知,有限元计算结果略偏保守,能够保证结构的安全。

Abstract:The embedded steel corrugated pipe fully utilizes the rigidity of corrugated sheeting and the adaptable capability of deformation, has the characteristics of the construction convenience and environmental protection, and is widely used in many fields of the water conservancy harnessing, tunnel and small-span bridges. The plane finite element and the space finite element can be used for calculating its inner force. Through the comparison of the calculated practical examples, it can be known that the calculating result of the plane finite element has enough accuracy and meets the demand of the engineering application. After the comparison of the load tests, it can be known that the calculation result of finite element is slightly conservative, and can guarantee the safety of structure.
