货车采用不同轮径时轮轨接触应力分析

摘    要:加大车辆轴重是提高铁路运输能力的重要方法,但这势必会引起轮轨接触应力的增加。本文从理论计算和实验分析两个方面,研究了加大车轮直径对改善轮轨接触应力的关系,计算及实验结果表明,将货车车轮直径由840mm加大至915mm是有利的。

Abstract:To raise the railway transportation capacity will likely increasethe axle load of freight cars, causing higher stresses in wheelrail contact. A measure of improving the contact strsses,enlarging the wheel diameter, is studied theoretically andexperimentally in the paper. It concludes that enlarging thewheel diameter from 840 mm to 915 mm for freight cars isuseful.
