柴油车微粒捕集器再生控制系统硬件设计

摘    要:控制系统在柴油车微粒捕集器再生过程中起着重要作用。采用“燃烧器+DOC+添加剂+DPF”的喷油助燃催化再生技术,设计了基于TMS320F2812单片机的再生控制系统硬件电路,分析了控制系统各硬件组成部分。实践证明,控制系统能够实现DPF可靠再生。

Abstract:Control system plays an important part in DPF regeneration. The regeneration technology of burner + diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) + fuel additive + DPF" is given and the hardware is designed based on TMS320F2812 and each part of the control system has been discussed. Practical use shows that this system has successfully realized the purpose of DPF regeneration.
