| Abstract: | The control and management of construction cost are always many-sided and all-directional.With reference to the practice of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge,this paper describes the experiences of the effective control and management of the construction cost mainly from two aspects of the invitation of tenders for construction and rigorous performing of the provisions in tender documents. |
