摘    要:纤维用于增强沥青混合料应具备优秀的力学性能、耐高低温性能、很好的分散性等技术性质.本研究在对常用聚丙烯腈纤维、聚脂纤维、木质素纤维三种纤维增强沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗剪强度性能进行试验研究及比较分析的基础上,应用灰色关联分析方法建立纤维性质与外掺纤维沥青混合料路用性能之间的联系,进行定量的影响因素分析对比,确定纤维不同技术性质影响沥青混合料性能的大小差异,对于今后沥青路用纤维的优化选择、纤维沥青混合料的应用具有十分重要的意义.

Research on the Influencing Analysis of Fiber Properties over Fiber Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:Fiber used for reinforcing asphalt mixtures should have some technical properties of excellent mechanical properties, high and low temperature resistant performance, good dispersion meanwhile. Based on the test study and comparative analysis for high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and shear strength properties of common three kinds of fiber asphalt mixture, which are polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester fiber and lignin fiber. Application of grey correlation analysis method is established for the relationship between fiber properties and the road performance of fiber asphalt mixture, the quantitative influencing factors are contrastively analysed, to determine the size difference for influencing the performance of asphalt mixture of the different technical properties of fiber, that is very important for the future of fiber selection used for asphalt pavement and applications of fiber asphalt mixture.
