| Abstract: | Making metal lead to enter a virtuous cycle of production-consumption-reproduction, it is an indispensable and important part of sustainable developing strategy and developing recycle economy for lead industry in China. To establish recycle economic system and to making sound development of recovery treatment enterprise for recycled lead by the method of indemnificatory and financial aid, the key problem is govemment legislation and industry policy. |
