| 摘 要： | 拥塞控制理论和算法是网络研究的重点问题之一。本文分析了传统网络的拥塞问题，提出了基于MPLS拥塞控制的网络业务QoS和性能保证的机制，并从网络吞吐量和缓存区利用率的提高对网络性能的改善进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The theory and algorithm of congestion control is one of the key topics in the network studies. The paper analyses the congestion of traditional network, proposes the mechanism for ensuring network QoS and performances of MPLS based congestion control, and expatiates the network performance improvement by increasing throughput of the network and availability of buffer memory area. |
