两岸“三通”后闽台港口合作发展展望

文章运用SWOT分析方法,指出闽台两地港口抓住历史性机遇,共建“环台湾海峡港口群”,合力打造“环台湾海峡国际航运中心”的可能性和面临的挑战。提出了两地当务之急是要建立港口战略合作沟通机制,深度整合双方港口资源,研究突破双方开展港口合作的制度障碍,加大两地临港工业和港口物流建设的力度,不断加强双方的港口货物集疏运系统建设,增加对腹地货源的吸引力。

The prospect of port's cooperation and development of Fujian and Taiwan after the realization of Post, Business and Transport across the Strait

This paper uses analysis method of SWOT to point out that Fujian and Taiwan should grasp the historical opportunity to establish the port links and international shipping center across the Taiwan Strait.This paper analyses the feasibility and the challenge,and suggests that the first step in this respect is to establish a communication channel for strategic cooperation and integration of port resources of both parts.Measures should be studied to overcome the difficulties in port cooperation caused by the different systems,to promote the construction of the near port industry areas and logistic systems to increase its attractiveness to the hinterland resources.
