We discussed that we should do well in the resource planning of the underground space development, made a reasonable distribution and consider the development of the rail transit lines and the integration of municipal environment in this city planning and rail communication network planning. The problem of the rail transportation construction should use the underground line or high overhead lines should be comprehensively considered integrated with the planning, the geographical position and the surrounding environment. The overhead lines should be used as far as possible when road width is more than 60 m.
