| 摘 要： | 在对搅拌器中衬板失效分析的基础上,对镍硬铸铁和铬系白口铸铁进行了磨料磨损试验.结果表明铬系白口铸铁的抗磨料磨损性能与其成分和组织有着密切的关系.适当选择铬系白口铸铁的成分和组织可使其抗磨损性能显著提高,并优于镍硬铸铁.

| Abstract: | On the base of invalidation analysis of the wear liners of the beater, the abrasion-resistant capability experiment is carried through N J-cast iron and Ct-white iron. The result shows that the abrasion capability of Ct-white cast iron has compact relations with its composition and microstructure. The abrasionresistant capability can be improved and better than Ni-white cast iron by choosing suitable composition and structure. |
