| 摘 要： | 系统介绍设备故障根本原因分析（RCA）的技术和方法。从设备维修文化角度,阐述南京地铁引入RCA分析的根本目标;根据南京地铁设备维护管理的实际情况,确定设备故障根本原因分析活动策划方案——＂扫雷行动＂;利用所设计的规范表,对＂扫雷行动＂进行全程跟踪,确保RCA分析取得良好效果。 |

| Abstract: | This paper describes the methodology of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and expatiates the objectives of adopting RCA from the maintenance culture's point of view of Nanjing metro.
