Data asset management applied to project management practice

Since data has been regarded as an asset, the landing implementation of data asset management system and how to deal with the relationship with the existing project management system have become urgent problems to be solved. Combined with the concept of project management and the knowledge system of data management, this paper introduced the application practice and implementation strategy of project management in six aspects: data architecture management, data collection management, data quality management, data security management, data development and utilization, data sharing management, combined the knowledge system of data management with project process management, and from the perspective of daily project management practice, integrated the concept of data asset management into the project management system to continuously improve the enterprise's data governance ability and data asset management and the application ability.
