基于嵌入式的船舶锅炉监控系统设计

摘    要:针对目前锅炉监控技术问题,提出了采用嵌入式微处理器为控制器核的锅炉状态参数监控设计方案,进行了监控系统的硬件和软件系统的设计,实现了对水位、烟气氧量、蒸汽流量、蒸汽压力、鼓风风量、炉膛温度等现场物理量的采集和处理,提高了锅炉的安全性、经济性和锅炉的寿命.

Abstract:Aiming at the monitoring problems of marine boiler, this paper presented the monitoring scheme on technical state parameters of the marine boilers which used the embedded microprocessors as the kernel of the monitor, and designed the hardware and software of this monitoring system and realized the acquisition and procession of such spot physical parameters as water position, the oxygen contents of the smoke, the flow-rate of steam, the pressure of steam, the flow - rate of blast and the temperature of hearth, etc. This system improved the safety, economical efficiency and the life-span of the boiler.
