GCr15钢圈模具断裂失效分析

摘    要:从冷加工质量、材料组织性能、服役条件与断裂特征等方面分析了GCr15钢圈成型模具早期断裂失效的原因,不同模具中分别存在的网状碳化物、粗大马氏体组织、回火不足等热加工缺陷以及过渡圆角尖锐等冷加工缺陷。模具断裂失效是冷、热加工缺陷综合作用造成的。

Abstract:Analysis of fracture failure in Rim-shaping dies made of GCr15 steel was conducted with examination of macro fracture surface appearance, observation of microstructure and et al. The results revealed the presence of defects in various dies, such as sharp corner, which was induced by worse machining quality and increases the stress concentration at the corner, and network carbide distribution, coarse martensite structure and insufficient tempering, which were induced by erroneous forging and heat treatment and decrease strength and toughness of the material . The early fracture failure is produced by a combination contribution of machining de- fect and hot-processing defects.
