内燃机润滑系统主油道压力特性的多工况研究

摘    要:以某样机为对象,介绍了多工况下测取主油道压力的试验研究方法,结合试验结果,对润滑系统工作特性进行综合分析和评价,重点考察了负荷、转速和油温等工况因素对主油道压力特性的影响。研究结果表明,转速变化对主油道压力影响十分明显,油温变化对主油道压力的影响次之并且呈现较强的非线性,而负荷的影响最小。

Abstract:The research method that the pressure of main oil gallery was measured under various operating conditions on an engine was introduced,the characteristics of lubrication system were synthetically analyzed and evaluated with the experimental results,and the influences of load,speed and oil temperature on the pressure characteristic of main oil gallery were researched emphatically.The results showed that the pressure of main oil gallery was evidently influenced by the speed,was secondly and strong nonlinearly influenced by the oil temperature,and was little influenced by the load
